• Money & Candy Items: We use genuine U.S. currency and prepackaged candies. Candy brands may vary based on availability. If you or the recipient have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in your order form so we can accommodate your needs.
• Customization: As all items are handmade, slight variations in design, materials, or placement may occur. These natural differences make each creation unique, adding to its personal touch and beauty.

• Due to the custom nature of our creations, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
• If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We can make adjustments as long as the item has not started production.
• Order Cancellations: If an order is canceled within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees.

• Rush Orders: For expedited processing, a rush fee may apply, depending on the timeline and product availability. Please contact us directly to inquire about rush options.

• Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that all materials used are of high quality and safe for use. If you experience any issues with the quality of the product upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
• Third-Party Shipping: We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by third-party shipping services (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Once your order is shipped, we provide tracking information for your convenience. We encourage you to track your order for peace of mind.
